I got these adorable Orphingtons about a month ago but no one seems to know how old they are. Any guesses from the wise?

I got these adorable Orphingtons about a month ago but no one seems to know how old they are. Any guesses from the wise?
they look young to me 8 months old? are they laying eggs?

Not yet but a couple are squatting.
My guess is 15 weeks.
