How old until my chickens start laying eggs?

How old do my buff orpingtons have to be in order to lay eggs? How old to my guineas have to be in order to lay eggs? i really want to know! both my guineas and buff orpingtons are around 4 and half -5 months old

My B.O. was just over 5 months old when she started laying. Most begin laying between 5 and 6 months old. Not sure about guineas...
