How old?

Hi how old do my new baby chicks look. The girl said 20 weeks but they are very small. The are pekin bantem frizzles. The buff pekin is not mama she is our 1 year old. She had babies but they were all boys so we had to give them away. They were as big as she is at 14 weeks and very obvious boys. Did she sell me cockerals and lie about their age?????

To me they look like 10 week old boys, but it can be hard to say by pictures. I guess you should know in a few weeks if they crow.
