How safe is my run??

Bottom line, the netting won't work for anything that will fly in, like a hawk. Enclose the top as well, for all other predators, using the same wire you used for the sides, as long as its substantial. From previous experience, I never use chicken wire.

I just built my run and its finally finished. It is entirely encased in 1x3" heavy gauge galvanized wire, including the bottom. Its a fortress to me, but who knows to the "bad guys".

The only way you dont have to worry is to lock em up in the coop at night if theres a will theres a way for racoons im loaded with them here! I dont trust any run at all
