How should I introduce my ducks

I have 4 Pekin ducks about 6 months old. We have 2 females and 2 drakes since we hatched them from eggs however since breeding season is soon coming and one of my drakes has been harassing a partic female to the point where she hurt her leg (they are separated right now) we felt that we needed some more females to add to the flock so that he doesn’t target her in particular and has more of a choice (also so the males don’t fight)
however we are not sure weather we should introduce ducklings or adults. We wouldn’t be hatching our own but getting presexed ducklings.
We want to get them before mating season as I know they are unlikely to accept them then.
my 2 females are very kind and docile and so is one male (he is the head duck I think tho as he usually stops the other drake from going to far)
thanks in advance

We just introduced two new girls into our flock and things went surprisingly well. The two new girls are just over 2 months and pretty much fully feathered.
We just have our 2 boys separated from the girls until they get a bit older.
You could always set up a small pen where all the ducks can see the new ducklings but not get to them for a bit, that way they would have some time to get used to each other.
We have a puppy play gate that works awesome and you can make it into any shape to fit in your run.

I would introduce them as adults. I'm in the process of integrating 2 flocks and the original flock was BRUTAL to the newbies. I think if you introduce ducklings they could get hurt by your flock. Even my sweetest, gentlest ducks from both flocks ended up brawling pretty bad
