How should I introduce rooster to my hens?

How old are your birds? A common and safe way to introduce birds is the "see but don't touch method". This is where you keep the birds separated in different coops, runs, kennels etc., but they can still see each other. I normally use this method for about a week or two and then I let them free range together on common ground.

Or you can just toss him in there and let them work it out.

Quarantine appropriately.

Wait till about 20 minutes before roost time. Dump him into the middle of the horde. Toss a handful of scratch out. Walk away.

The hens will show him where to roost.

Set him down in front of the door of the coop, and say..."Get in deh!"

Well if you feel he is safe, and quarantined him, he can go in with the hens, they and he will figure it out. Sometimes he will get beat up, some times they will give him treats, I guess we will see.

I've quarantined him for two weeks my hens will be two this month and the rooster looks young but idk, it's dark here should I put him in now? And he's kinda skittish I can't touch him without him freaking out.

Depending on how young depends on how badly he gets his tail handed to him.

How young? Does he look like a mature rooster or is he still in the figuring how to properly crow stage?

Putting him on the roost will work fine. He will wake up in the morning with everyone and make introductions. It’s a good idea to be handy to make sure he isn’t whipped by the horde of angry hens.

Quarantined as in out of sight of hens?

Post a pic of him to judge age?
Knowing your coop and run dimensions, with pics, might help here.
