How soon after moving before we see eggs again?

Hello again!

I know I'm just pestering the board with tons of questions today... Sorry!

I just added 8 new hens to my flock from a farm a few hours away. They were laying there (except for a few who are molting). About how long will it take before they settle in and start laying for me?

I've seen hens take as little as a few days to as much as TWO MONTHS.

TWO MONTHS?! Ouch!! Fingers crossed for just a few days!

Luckily, they seem to have sorted things out with the existing flock and settled in. One of the new girls fought with one of my girls for a few minutes, but by the first night everyone was huddled together in the coop and sharing nicely! I hope that this means they are feeling comfortable and will lay soon!
