How soon can I float test???

Hi

I have 5 brown silkie eggs, one is on the 11th day and I can't see anything by candling.

I just tried the float test with that egg and 100 degree water and it sank? All the eggs that we eat are fertile with double bullseye, and I've kept my bator at 99.5/100.

Any thoughts on if this egg is viable or not?

If it sank to the bottom it is good to eat! Yum!
