How soon can you sex???

So I have all these OEG (and one Andalusian...LOL) and am wondering how soon I will know when some are roos and some are hens??? We could only get a straight run, so I'm sure we'll have some of both, and I'm sure I'll have to find new homes for some of the roos

They are about a week old, and some (including the Andi who I am SURE is a roo) are sprouting little tailfeathers, some are not. Otherwise, I see no difference. How soon can I tell if they are hens or roos??

Youll have about 50/50, maybe 60/40, either way with straight run. So get ready now.
Youll be able to tell in 4-6 weeks.
