How to acclimate sick hen back to outdoor temperature

We have a sick hen in the house. When she recovers, how do we acclimate her back to outdoor temperature & how long might it take? The heat index is still reaching 110+ during the day here in Central Texas.

I would start in the evening when it is not so hot out...Being she has been separated from the flock you will have to start as if she is a new hen, her flock will not know her and will attack her. Put her in a look no touch pen for the first few hours or days? Let her out and see how they do?
Temp, really wont be a factor.
