How to add to flock

I have 3 three week old ducklings that eventually I would like to add with the others. I know it’s too early now but how often should I bring them out to meet at the fence? Also around what age can I allow them to be in the same area?

You can let them see each other through a fence for a week or two before trying to mingle them under supervision. Ducks tend to accept new ones easier than other poultry species. So see how it goes.
