How to administer Tylosin via syringe/dosage info?

I have a hen I want to give Tylosin to via syringe because she will not drink it if it's in her water. However, I cannot find any dosage info for this. She is about 7 lbs. Can anyone tell me how much to mix and how much to give her?

If someone can help, I would appreciate it. Am reading it might be 1 cc per day but do I make a gallon, then just pull 1 cc of that to give orally?
