How to best treat and store fertile eggs?

I have a hen laying fertile eggs but I'm planning on cooking mr. Scruffy today. How do I store her eggs to keep their fertility high? And the eggs she lays for the next 2 weeks should be fertile?
Can i rinse them w filtered water if necessary?

Can i dip them in anything (eg. Iodine solution?) to make more sure they're clean of disease?

They're from a newly acquired bird that seems healthy but seems to have come from a lousy husbandry situation. She came with a hen that has diarrhea.
