how to bookmark within the site?

Do you mean sticky threads? I just looked and sticky threads can be bookmarked.

My apologies. I am so far behind the times that I don't know what things are called or how to do most of them. Before the update, I could bookmark a thread or someone's reply to a thread (can still do that), but there was a list of options for the bookmark, and I can't remember where in this extra window that popped up, but it asked if you wanted to make it sticky (you selected yes or no) and I remember that it said you had to put a title on the bookmark to make it sticky (which I assumed meant that it'd be at the top of my bookmarks page). There is a good chance that I am not making much sense, so please bare with me, because I am way behind the times when it comes to computers

To be honest, I really wouldn't doubt if I was thinking some words meant one thing but in fact, I was just waaayyyy off. I need to take some night classes on understanding computers and the internet, but I'd need AN AWFUL LOT of classes.

Yes, we used to be able to make a bookmark sticky. But I don't think we have that option anymore
