How to care for a frizzle?

Her daddy was a silkie. A variety of moms, so I tried my best: black skin, five toes. Now she looks like this. Is she a frizzle? Does she need special care out of the brooder? I live in a dry climate, does that help? Her name is Poof.

It’s a Frizzle. You care for her the same as you would any other chicken.
