how to decide what messages to keep?

I am just hemming and hawing over what to keep in my inbox

. The best I get it is to 90% and then BOOM, I get more

. Sigh, I just hate deleting them.....

LMAO... I save the info from the ones that are taking up space in a word doc so that I can delete them but still have all of the messages
