How to deep liter

How? I have to clean my coop at least 1 time a week! How do i do a deep liter thing? What do i use? What do i do?

Here is a wonderful link for you on it. I personally use a mixture of pine shavings and straw. About once a week I turn it and add a thin layer of new bedding down if I notice a lot of droppings. My coop does not smell at all and I have yet to change the bedding since my chickens have been out there which was around the beginning of July. Come spring time I will empty it all out as mulch for my garden and start fresh again. I work about 35 hours a week and have a 3 year old so I don't have the time to be cleaning the bedding once a week. This was the perfect solution for me.
