How to disinfect wood floor???

We are getting chicks soon and were wondering on how to disinfect our wood floor coop. We had a batch go throughout last yr (but a bear broke a window and that was the end of them) and we lost a few but were not sure what was wrong with them the would not be able to walk or anything and then die. How do we thoroughly disinfect the coop before we get the next batch of 30 chicks????

With wood it is hard to completely disinfect, but this is what I do. I pressure wash it and thenuse a hand spray to spray it down with disinfecting spray and let it stay on for a little while. Then I go back in with the pressure washer and rinse. Do keep in mind that the washer can lift the grain of the wood if you aren't gentle with it. Also there may be some products you could leave on the wood to further disinfect, maybe someone will know on here.

Clean it as well as you can, then spray with a 10% Clorox solution and let that dry
