How to dry incubate quail eggs???

Hello everyone! I have tried once to hatch quail eggs, I think they’re Coturnix, and been unsuccessful. I am trying a second time (currently on day 14) but I don’t know if anything will hatch. I think the humidity has been one of my biggest issues. If I try one more time, I really want to try dry incubating, does anyone have any tips or suggestions for how to dry incubate quail eggs? I will do some research on google as well but if anyone has any tricks that have helped you in the past i would love to know!

What incubator are you using? Can you send a picture of it?

Also what temperature are you incubating your eggs at?

I have been borrowing the nurture right 360 from some friends, but I don’t have it right now to send a picture.
I was incubating the eggs at 99.5 or somewhere around that
