How to encourage hens to use dusting box?

I have 15 hens and they love to dust....around the yard that is. They make holes in loose dirt just wherever and have made their own holes in the grass. This makes mowing real fun!

I did make a dusting spot for them with loose dirt and included DE in it for parasites. Some use it but still go to spots all over the yard. Is there anyway to encourage them to use the dust box only?
