How to feed a mix flock ?

I have chicks, pullets, hens, all together.
When I open the coop door they all come out and eat the starter grower for chicks. During the day they eat also scratch from the kitchen and go free range.
Only one hen/pullet is laying (is the older) and her eggs looks perfect.
How would you feed all of them ?

What you're doing is fine. Just make sure it's unmedicated chick starter and offer oyster or egg shells on the side.

Why you say "unmedicated"?

The amprolium will end up in the eggs. You also let them free range so they are naturally picking up the good bugs so the meditated is not needed.
