How to fix a jerk of a chicken?

I have a hen that has become a complete A hole. She's kind of a rooster to the flock (no males present).
She's a good layer, so I don't want to remove her, but she's chasing the dog and sometimes comes after me and I'm over it. I've tried holding her down a couple times, but no improvement. Ideas?

I just had to laugh when I saw her all puffed out with her muffs!!! . I must say I bet she could be intimidating… lololol Chickens in general are comical.
