how to fix a rooster's croocked tail

I have a red top hat rooster. his tail is starting to go on his side. how can I fix this?

I would look up Wry Tail. I don't know much about it , but recently had a roo with a tail going to one side. If it is wry tail looks to be recessive genetically and not a good choice to breed with.

I didn't even know that you could fix such a thing. Like Makomd said, it's probably genetic, and if you wanted to show him and got his tail fixed, that might be a dq. I'm not sure.

Not sure but I think wry tail is a result of a spinal deformity, if so, fixing it is not an option.

How old was he when you got him?

Maybe he doesn't really have a wry tail, and somehow the feathers got pushed over to make it appear that way????
I don't know. Just exploring all options.

I got him this summer and I don't know how old he was. maybe about 6 months maybe. he is fairly young.
