how to fix curled toenails

My chicken had some very curled long nails that cause her to wobble she loves playing and scratching but kept going broody and now her nails are long , does just giving her a trim fix the issue?? Because the rest will still be curved it might fix her wall but idk I don’t want this to be an issue again

If her nails are very long you can trim and file them down a bit. Just be mindful of the quick and keep some type of bleed stop close by in case you cut too far.
