How to get chicks in coup at night?

I could REALLY REALLY use some help or advise on how to get the chicks into the house/coup at night. Like now they are in the 3 foot tall run. But when it gets dark they will be in the corner of the dark run instead of the lighted coup. Then I have to try (and i mean try) to crawl in bring them out and put them in the side door. A few nights of this is already old. And I can't fit into it to even make them enter through the correct door.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I put a light in my coop and the birds went in with no problems

ive trained my 13 to come to me for treats .- if you listen to your chickens when theres food around -aka treats -they make a TUCK TUCK TUCK sound - you can google it if you wish- but ive practiced imitating them and when i want them in ( at any time of the day not just at night - i make that sound ) mine come running to me and i say IN. its taken a LOT of work and even more PATIENCE but its worked some days ill have a rogue chicken that doesnt wanna come in that i have to bribe w food but thats rare.
my advice is to imitate them while you give them treats then ... call for them when you are going to give them a treat in their imitation ... then eventually they will come when you call treat or not - i always treat for coming but its up to you lol good luck ! .
