How to get hens into our new laying boxes?

Hey all!

Me and my family have a flock of fifteen hens (Three of which are roosters).

We started having a problem with our hens eating their eggs and not having enough boxes for our girls, so we bought a new set of laying boxes.

Problem is, they want nothing to do with the new boxes. Any suggestions on how to get them to lay in the new boxes?

the only thing I had to do was put some plastic eggs in there and they figured the rest out. They are going to want a darker close place to lay, I started out with the nest box on the floor and now its about a foot up.
