How to Get Hens to Lay in Nesting Box?

I have a couple hens that eat eggs, we built a roll away nesting box to help solve this problem. It works when the hens lay in the nesting box. We still find a couple egg shells in the coop. We've put in curtains (up for a few weeks now) and glued plastic eggs in the nesting box (two eggs in each box, did this 2 days ago). They still lay eggs in the coop, which quickly becomes delicious treats for the two egg-eaters. Are there other ways to get the hens to lay in the nesting box?? Thanks!!

If you haven't tried it already, spend some time with them during the hours they usually lay (usually between 6a and 2p). When you see one setting on the coop floor to lay an egg, pick her up and place her in the nest box. You might have to do this several times to train her.
