how to get ready for mandarins

im getting my mandarins soon ive never had them before

My first suggestion would be to NOT put them in with the Rouen Ducks you have in your profile pic. What kind of info are you looking for in how to get ready for them? Pen size, pond size, compatible species, diet, nest box construction, rearing, perching locations/materials,etc...? Would be glad to give you some advice if you let me know what you are looking for.
