How to help my rooster favorite hen

I’ve had my rooster for almost 2 months. He’s about 5 months old. He’s been great, except for his treatment of his ‘favorite’ hen. She’s a silkie mix, and a little slow. She had some trouble with wry neck after a head injury, she’s long recovered from that, but I think she got some brain damage from it.

The problem is that he’s given her a big bald spot on her head. I kept watching and waiting, thinking he’d settle down a little once he got better established. Unfortunately, she still gets the brunt of his ‘affections’. Today I noticed a couple little bloody spots in her head and some scabs.

My knee jerk reaction is to get rid of him ASAP because I don’t want anyone messing with my silkie. But other than this, he’s a good rooster. I also really don’t feel like starting the process over with a new rooster.

Is there anything I can do? If it was her back, I could get her a saddle, but he only grabs her by the head.

He may be trying to drive her out because she's 'different'.
What ages and breeds are your other birds.....and how many do you have?

The rooster is an EE
I have a Turken, a Satin, and the silkie mix that are all about a year old and laying
I have EE, a Dominique, an Australorp, and a Jersey Giant that are about 5 months and about to lay
There are also two ducks, but I never see the rooster interact with them.
