How to improve my Styrofoam incubator

I am using a Little Giant still air styrofoam incubator. I have a gqf automatic thermostat already. I was curious if someone could help me with figuring out how to wire the auto thermostat into my incubator. Also, If someone knows how wire a cpu fan in the incubator as well.

This is my first post on backyardchickens, so I hope not to offend anyone, just wanting to improve my hatch rate.
