How to introduce a new Rooster to a flock.

Hi, I have a 3 or 4 Year old Rooster, I have just been given a nice less then a year old EE Rooster ( I think it is a EE , They are the same size, I also was given to nice Hens to go along with the rooster. The Hens seem to be doing ok with the group, My Guineas seem to be trying to go after the new Roo and my older Roo chased the new Roo off into the woods today as soon as the new roo left the coop. There doesn't seem to be many problems in the coop, the New and old Roo roost on the top near each other. I did introduce them at night and put them on the perch int he dark.

They seem to be doing a little better, The new guy is even mounting some of the hens, My older Roo did chase him around the yard today but overall I think it is better.
