How to introduce new foods to Mallards....I might have a fussy Duck!!!

I read all over about all the yummy food people are giving their ducks to eat. My duck started eating hard boiled eggs when I first brought her home. She has eaten duck starter ever since. I have tried to introduce apple sauce, strawberries etc but she doesn't seem to like those...

Any hints on how to get her to at least taste something else?
