How to keep chicken from scratching neck injury

Hi! I have a chicken that was attacked and has an injury on her neck. It was completely bare without skin but it's now been two weeks and it's a lot better. She's doing great. It's been healing great but today my husband said it opened up and bled a little. My issue is she's scratching it. I'm thinking it's healing so it's itchy. I spray Veterycin on it but she still scratches it. No issues with mites or bugs. She's been inside my house in the "hospital" kennel and I clean it daily. What can I put on it to keep it from itching? Thanks!

Wow she is definitely looking so much better! If you have any or can get some from the store I would put some Hydrocortisone cream on it.
