How to keep my silkie safe ?

So I have a very mixed flock of six, (two generations) and I’ve been noticing my older girls picking on my nine week old silkie. My silkie was raised with two other chickens, (breeds unknown, but my roosters a bantam) and they are just fine. But in the morning when I let them out, my three older hens always target her and chase her till she’s cornered. I’m usually down there when it happens, so I break it up, check my silkie (her actual name is Marge) and then let her and the other two into a separate run.

Is there anything I can do to keep this from happening ? I think that if worse comes to worse I can adopt a silkie of the same age, but I want to hear other suggestions.

My pullets used to get picked on but now that they’re bigger it’s not a problem.I’m going to follow this thread, however because I have a bantam hen who is terrified of my standard chickens.

Birds that were not raised with Silkies among them will usually not accept them, constantly peck them and sometimes even leave them dead.

If you want to keep her it would be best to get some more Silkies and keep them in their own separate coop and run.

It is not the size difference as much as it is the docile personality and "strange" feathers. I keep two coops. One for standards and one for Silkies. I keep a few standards in my silkies, but they were raised by the Silkies.
