I had about 20 to 30 chickens a couple weeks ago, then poof! A weasel, during mid-day, killed all my chickens but 2 of them, a hen and a rooster. I got 5 hens just yesterday, with two guinea fowl. I don't want that weasel coming back, and it has been, because you can tell by the food in traps gone and holes around the yard, buried chickens dug up, that kind of stuff.
How exactly do I get rid of this problem for good?

you will either have to watch for the weasel during the day and shoot it or put out traps for it, I like to build small boxes with approx. 1" hole for the weasel to crawl in then put a victor rat trap inside the box with some good bloody liver for bait.

Alrighty, I'll try it. Last time I put out a trap, it took the bait and got out before the trap closed on it.

did you use a live trap or a rat trap? I wouldn't use a live trap on a small animal like a weasel as they could be light enough to not trip the latch, the large victor traps are just like a mouse trap only bigger and made for rats, they will kill the weasel, I would try to wire on the bait to the trip lever if possible so the little bastage has to pull on it some and almost guarantee his demise.

Well, two days ago, it came back, and killed two hens, but we shot the bloody rascal in the face. He is no more. >:) I'll miss those hens, even though we only bought them on the previous saturday, it was monday when we killed the weasel. My dad's going to stuff it xD
