How to make a spoilt hen to shut up?

There is probably nothing you can do. Chickens are individuals just like people. Some are very quiet, barely saying anything:). Some will happily chat with you:frow. Some, only one in my flock, will scream at you until you do what they want:duc Fortunately, she always wanted an escort to the nest box and we cured that when we got a rooster:yesss:

But what makes you think she's noisy because she's spoilt? Maybe she's just noisy. Or maybe she's unhappy. Maybe she wants to be outside. Maybe she's lonely, do you have other chickens? Chickens need other chickens. Do you give her treats when she's noisy? If so, stop it. If not, then she's not noisy because she's "spoilt" and you'll have to consider other causes. Some chickens are just noisy and if that's a problem perhaps she needs a different home where it's okay to be noisy.
Nugget (the chicken we are talking about(it's her colour not because she's a chicken)) is the happiest, bossiest hen in the world but she has separation anxiety with her "sister" who is a sassy little girl and likes to have personal space.
