How to make pop hole door?

Just converted a shed into a coop for my chickens, using the main door for them to walk in and out of has proven to be a nightmare - straw is going everywhere, and i think it bothers them having a massive door open at the front.

What is the easiest/ simplest way I can make a small door for them? I’ve attached some pictures of the coop
(I’m not great at DIY)

Depending on what tools you have available you could cut a door towards the bottom and then add some small pieces of wood to create some trim that will act as a stop then add a small hinge to the top and then use either rope or chain to attach to an eyelet screw.

Mine go through a full door. Once used to it they won't care how large it is. I have a 4" board in the threshold to keep the shavings in.
The easiest way to cut a pop door would be with a saws all. If the studs are 16" OC, I'd make it that wide and as tall.
