I have this white eye peahen
how can i get white eyed males offsprings from this female.
I have white and pied males available to pair them with her, which of the two do you recommend?

if you want white eye the only real option would be to pair with the white male

You need a WE cock to put with her. White cocks and Pied cocks do not necessarily carry the WE gene, even a split WE cock is only going to give the WE gene half of the time. There are three different types of WE, the 'good' WE is the fully round white circles on the eye feather. The WE derived from Silver Pied looks like a smear, and a Split WE is only carrying one gene for WE and will only have a few spots on the train. To get full WE, that is a cock with all the train eyes with white in them you need two parents with WE on both genes. Full WE parents will produce full WE 100% of the time. If only one parent is full and the other is split meaning only one chromosome has WE you will get full WE half of the time and only split the other half of the chicks. If both of the parents are only split then you will get full WE in 25% of the chicks, split in 50% of the chicks and the remaining 25% will not have any. If only one parent is split WE you will only get split WE in 25% of the chicks.
