How to pronounce "muscovy"?

I've always assumed it's MUSS-co-vy (emphasis on the first syllable), but then I heard a guy in a Youtube video pronounce it as muss-CO-vy (emphasis on the second syllable).

Every accent pronounces words differently...

Muscovy pronounced as this looks Mus-ko-vee. But, as mentioned above, different accents and regions may vary in pronouciation.

I've also always heard "mus-COV-ey" when people bothered to say the whole word. Probably it's a regional difference.
Until I was ten, though, I thought it was "'Scovy" because that's what people around here generally call them.
