How to raise peacocks?

Hi all! I have been wanting to get some peacocks, but I know NOTHING about them. I wold like to know what they eat, if they can live in a pen with chickens, ducks and geese, what all the best sellers, the friendliest, how to hatch and raise them, just the basics for now. Oh and I know NOTHING about color and breeds and all that kind of thing. Thanks!

I'd recommend checking out the peafowl sticky at the top of this thread first for lots of great peafowl information. It will help get you started with a lot of general information and also lists out the colors and patterns found.
