How to raise prarie bluebell eggers

How do you raise prairie blue Eggers similar to breeding for olive Eggers or would you need a prairie bluebell rooster?

From my understanding they are already a mutt. You’ll need a white layer and mix it with a blue layer. As for if they breed true, probably not as I would expect some white layers if you cross two prairie blue bell parents.
