I recently brought my one hen inside as she was brooding, she hatched 3 chicks! So happy. But I tried to let her back in the flock and my girls cornered her and were attacking her. I brought her back inside, I havent tried to bring out the chicks yet. Any help on how to have them accept her? I got all my hens last yr at the same time so they do know each other

You need to pen her where everyone can see for a week or two than try supervised mingling. It can be normal for other hens to attack a broody hen, so you need to expect some of that. It's best if you don't remove any birds completely from sight to avoid problems.

we have a raised coop and two tier nesting boxes, she decided to brood on the top , when the chicks hatched we were afraid they would fall and get hurt so we moved them they are about 3 weeks old

Ah, I see.
It would have been good to just move them to the floor after hatch...
or at least to an adjacent area
....now you've got a different integration issue.
