How to ship bantam chicks?

I have several people asking me to ship bantam chicks but I only have small batches. The boxes to ship chicks seem to be for quantities of 25 or more, would putting a divider in work? Can I make my own box (to USPS specifications of course)?

Also, do chicks need shipped with a heat pack in summer? Weather here has been mostly in the 90s and even 100 some days...

I’d say no heat pack, put dividers and listen to the specifications.
