How to stop hubby from complaining about chickens?

I casually mentioned that it would be cool to have a couple Ostrich's. I've not heard a single comment about my chickens or "chicken math" since.

Mine stopped complaining after I said I want peafowl. Ostriches is way better!

I filed for divorce.

It may not be the solution for everyone though.

I mentioned goats, and it seems he is now happier about the chickens.
