How to stop small birds from building a nest in the chicken coop?

It's spring here in the south east USA. My 2 yr old chickens have slowed down laying...today we got 0 eggs. I noticed a big nest inside the coop by the chickens laying boxes. The nest builder is a small brown and gray bird. I've taken the nest down a few times now but this bird is determined. Is it possible the nest is stressing the chickens so they're laying slowed down? We only have 4 chickens as we are just starting out. How do I stop this little bird from building a nest? Thank you.

The hens do not care a straw about a little bird building a nest, in fact, little birds are snacks.
What are you feeding your birds? Are they molting?

Layena pellets, dried Mealworms, egg and oyster shells, collard greens, vitamin water. Once in a while some corn scratch but someone told us not to give them a lot because it will stop them from laying. It's a small snack once a week with their Mealworms. Yum! They are not molting.
