Hello everyone, I am a bit chicken obsessed and in turn have more eggs than I need. I would love to just use the honest system and sells some eggs at the end of my driveway. I would use the freshest eggs available and store them in something to be covered from the sun and safe from critters. I want to be responsible though and make sure I do everything correctly as to keep them as fresh as possible. Any advice you have for me would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I chill them in the fridge then transfer to a cooler at the end of the driveway. But make sure you count them before you put them out so no one steals them. I live in a nice rural area where I thought they would be fine but still had quit a few dozen go up in thin air. I no longer do that.

I keep mine in the refrigerator and only sell to established
customers. If you put them at the end of your drive way, you're
only asking for trouble.
