Hi everybody and thanks for the answers on the last tread.
So I got rid of the rooster, and I got another hen, unfortunately due to my inexperience the hen they gave me is agressive too. She attacks the white one and she even made her bleed (just a little) from the crest.
Are there any advices you can give me on how to tame her a little? I don´t want to get rid of her and someone told me she is a fighting breed.
Thanks in advance

Well I would tame her like a rooster, if she’s not comfortable yet to just stand close to you then start by taking a few times a day to spend five minutes sitting close to her.
Then scatter some food close to you then slowly get her comfortable to eat from your fingers then the palm of your hands just to trust you.
Then you can start picking her up gently by holding down her wings and do that two times a day maybe lift her up and put her down in different places to let her know nothing bad will happen and just stroke her talk to her and sing to her even.
It’s a process but it’s just a lot less confusing than having to chase her around

She is actually quite dicile with me, and lets me lift her and hold her and caress her head and chest, but the problem is she is agressive towards the other hen

oh well there is something called the separation technique where you seperate her completely from the other hen for 10 days to make them forget about each other and re establish the order which apparently works well however i've never tried it myself and i'm sure it only works with more than two chickens but you could try it

That hen, if she is what I think she is, should not be expected to get along well with another hen in confinement and if of similar breed possible not even when free-range. It is best to be knowledgeable of the breed in question before forcing confinement. You are putting the other birds at considerable risk by not knowing how to handle your oriental game hen.
