how to tell barred rock chick from dominique chick?? help!

Have 5 doms and 1 barred r.....but have no idea wich is the barred rock lol. They ALL look alike...any info is appriciated... they are 3 days old.

their combs will be different . Barred rock has longer single combs Dom. are smaller and lumpy. Young age will be hard to see untill they change in the next few weeks.

If you have breeder stock, the breeds are really quite different in body shape. With hatchery stock, they are often criss crossed and often are essentially the same bird. Except for this.

The Dominique will have a rose comb while the Barred Rocks will have a single comb. At least they should.
