How to tell how muscular a hen is

You're confused? This is the first time anyone has asked how to tell if a chicken is ripped. I'd say if she's going through the paces of doing tricks everyday she's probably in pretty good shape. A fat chicken only knows one trick...eat.

No, its not a joke. It is an option if you really want to find out.
There is no way of finding out the strentgh of a chicken by looking afaik. You have to devise some kind of test.

I'm thinking about it.
The problem is it needs to be something that wont stress the hen.
If you are prepared to wait a few days I will ask the circus people further up the mountian about their training routines.
