How to tell if my Australorp chick is male or female?

Is my Australorp a rooster or hen? She’s 3 weeks old, and she’s my only Australorp so I have no others to compare to. Thoughts?

That's what I was thinking. My Australorps are 3 weeks old and much larger and have lots of feathers. They haven't looked so fluffy in what feels like forever.

We bought them at 1-2 days old, that picture was from the other day. Overnight she grew lots more feathers.
